Scentsy Products Shipping Information
If you’re like me, you like to know what the shipping will be on a product you buy online, and love to get free shipping whenever you can. So, here is Scentsy’s shipping policy laid out so you can make your plan. For example, if you know you want to stock up, you might as well buy $200 in Scentsy products so you can take advantage of the free shipping on your order. Or, if you are only needing a lightbulb replacement for your Scentsy warmer, you might as well buy a few Scentsy bars or some laundry products so you can make the most of your shipping fee.
Free Scentsy Shipping
You can always get free Scentsy shipping for any order over $200 USD. So, whether you’re going to stock up for yourself, or get together with your friends or neighbors to benefit from free shipping and free host rewards, if it’s over $200 (before tax), you won’t have to pay any shipping!
Orders shipped to a location within the contiguous United States:
- With a retail value of $.01 – $79, shipping will be $8.
- With a retail value of $80 – $199, shipping will be 10% of the product total.
- With a retail value of $200 or more, shipping will be FREE SHIPPING.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or APO* addresses:
- With a retail value of $.01 – $35, shipping will be $10.
- With a retail value of $35 – $199, shipping will be 20% of the product total.
- With a retail value of $200 or more, shipping will be 10% of the product total.
*APO addresses receive 110v warmers ONLY… sorry; if you need 220v warmers, please contact me so I can direct you to one of my local Europe consultants – please don’t order online or you will receive 110v.
Orders shipped to Canada:
- With a retail value of $.01 – $44 CAD, shipping will be $9 CAD.
- With a retail value of $45-$239 CAD, shipping will be 20% of the product total.
- With a retail value of $240 CAD or more, shipping will be 10% of the product total.
All Scentsy products ordered online will be shipped from Scentsy a maximum of 10 business days from the time it is purchased. If there is a manufacturing defect, or damage from shipping, please contact me within 10 days of the delivery date to obtain a replacement.
UPS will deliver your Scentsy products to your doorstep. You will receive an email from Scentsy with the UPS tracking code to follow your Scentsy shipment until it arrives. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
