NEW Scentsy Scent of the Month!
The Scentsy May scent of the month is amazing! I like clean, not thick, cologne-y scents and Cambridge is just that. The same type of fragrance as previous Scentsy scents Business Casual or My Dear Watson, Cambridge is a very light yet manly scent. I received a sample a few weeks ago and it's a great cologne-y type of smell that is not a thick manly scent but an airier scent. Scentsy describes it as "sweet lemon & pine needle with an intriguing dash of vetiver." I didn't know what vetiver was so I looked it up and learned some cool things! Apparently, vetiver comes from a perennial grass native to Asia and has an earthy, exotic aroma that has been used for its fragrance since ancient times. Vetiver is often found in colognes, especially for men, as well as soaps and moisturizers.

Scentsy Bring Back My Bar!
Well, you can't talk about April and not mention Scentsy Bring Back my Bar! It's April and that means it's voting time! Time to vote to bring back your favorite Scentsy fragrances! This year the voting page shows a Leaderboard so you can which fragrances are receiving the most votes so you know if your faves are getting enough votes to make the cut or not! You can also filter the fragrances by the year it was originally introduced and by category! That makes it easy to find an all-time amazing Scentsy scent like Fried Ice Cream, for example - and yes, you should vote for it!, and place your vote for that scent! There is one wrinkle - this year you are only able to vote once per day. What a fun way to ring in spring! If I had to use one warmer to describe the April Scentsy Warmer of the Month I'd use exquisite, which isn't a word I use very often. I feel so fancy just saying it but that's the word that comes to mind. This new, limited Scentsy Warmer is as "Glowing teal beam through etched white florals in a piece that beckons the sun year-round." See, exquisite. 🙂 Anyways, this warmer is normally a $40 warmer but is on sale for the month of April only at $36!
The Scentsy scent of the month is Ivy & Water Lily. This fragrance is described as "Mandarin zest, rain-kissed jasmine and sheer amber beneath fresh dew drops" and it smells AH-MAZING! March Scent and Warmer of the Month
Just in time for spring and getting outdoors more and in the garden, Scentsy introduces the cute new Scentsy Warmer of the Month Garden Gnome! This cute little is available for the month of March at a discount of 10% off so it's regularly $40 but on sale now for only $36! The hat of the Garden Gnome Scentsy Warmer comes off easily to put in your favorite Scentsy scent and is a great pair for the Scentsy Scent of the Month Blue Grotto. A fresh clean scent with tropical notes, sweet citrus and lush botanicals perfect to get into the spring mood and melt any snow still lingering! 🙂 
200 PRV Update
As was previously announced, Scentsy has moved the PRV amount required to stay active from 150 to 200. As a note, remember this is 200 in 1 of 3 months. So, what this means is that in 1 month out of a rolling 3 months Scentsy Consultants need to sell roughly $200 in Scentsy products or they lose their account as a Scentsy Consultant. How big of a deal is this? Not. #1 - if you're not selling $200 in 1 month out of 3, then you really aren't running a business anyways. #2 - with Scentsy Warmers right around $40 and diffusers at over $100 it's takes about 2-5 customer purchases to get the $200. In other words this isn't really a big requirement. Honestly, if you're considering becoming a Scentsy Consultant and reading this turns you off because it's a "sales requirement" you have to ask yourself if you'd ever start a business where you anticipated selling LESS than $200/month. In the 9 years I've been a Consultant, I've never NOT sold at least $500 in a month and most months much, much more than that. 
Tons of Promotions!
Last fall our team had TONS of our teammates promote, we had such a great fall and this year is starting off great as well! Last fall, also saw so many Director promotions that Scentsy has sold out it's second Director Bootcamp scheduled for April scheduled a third! Every April and October Scentsy holds Director Bootcamp trainings to get new Directors off to a great start and with so many new Directors they sold out their second session in April and opened registration for the third session late February. 
Gleeful Grape
According to Scentsy home office, the new Spring Summer Scentsy scent Gleeful Grape won't be available March 1 due to a reformulation of the coloring of the scent. Apparently when they began manufacturing there was some coloring issues that prompted them to take it back to the drawing board and get the coloring right before beginning mass production. As such, the Scentsy scent won't be available immediately March 1. Scentsy Consultants will be alerted in the workstation when the scent is available.

INCENTIVE TRIPS!!
It's that time of year! In April we have several of our amazing Scentsy team in Europe headed to Rome on an all expense-paid trip for all their hard work! We also have a couple on our amazing team that have earned the very cool all expense paid trip to Africa! Those that have earned Rome will be on their way in April and we're so excited for them! Every year Scentsy introduces regionally based incentive trips that can be earned through a mix of sales, recruiting, and team promotions. These trips are ALWAYS amazing and a lot of fun! I earned my first trip years ago to the Dominican Republic at the Hard Rock Resort - it was absolutely amazing! Discontinued Products
Holy Discontinuing Products Batman! With the introduction of new products, some products are put on the discontinued list which means that Scentsy will no longer produce that product to fulfill any new demand. So, basically, what is left is all that's left, there will be no new production of that product. So - if there is a fragrance or Warmer that you've been dying to get your hands on that is on this list you're going to want to get over to my Scentsy website before it's gone forever and you're stuck sans fave product! Chevron and Songbirds is a funky fusion of chevron stripes and folk art birds beaming from an illuminated canvas. This is such a fun warmer that is, as are all warmers of the month, 10% off this month. Double Starter Kit Month!
February is a great month to join Scentsy! If you join early, you get to start you business in the middle of our semi-annual 10% off sale and Double Starter kit month. So what does it mean when it's a "Double Starter Kit"? Well, any month you join Scentsy you receive a starter kit which is a group of products and sales tools for the season or catalog that is currently available. Since Scentsy introduces new catalogs twice a year, those who joined in the month prior to a catalog would receive products and business supplies that would be outdated within 30 days of starting their new business. To remedy that, Scentsy offers a double kit, meaning a Starter Kit that has products and business supplies for BOTH the current catalog AND the new catalog that will be launching within 30 days.
