Scentsy International

Scentsy is an international business opportunity, with Consultants in three continents and currently 12 countries.  Products are sold by Independent Consultants in various countries across North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. 

Scentsy in North America

The Scentsy Corporation started in the United States, and expanded to Scentsy in Canada in 2009.  It has also expanded to Scentsy in Mexico.  That means all of North America is filled with Scentsy products to buy, and the opportunity to join and start a Scentsy business, no matter where you live.

Scentsy in Europe

The next expansion after Canada was to Scentsy in Europe.  The countries currently open to Scentsy include: England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Germany, Spain, France, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. So, for many areas across Europe, customers can get their Scentsy fill and residents can start a Scentsy business for a little extra income on the side.

Our friends in Australia and New Zealand joined the Scentsy family, and turned it all upside down.  The fun thing about an international company is when the other catalogs are selling spring and summer, our customers and consultants are selling autumn and winter products!

Epcot Experience

My family's first time in Epcot was on a Scentsy DisneyWorld incentive trip the summer of 2021. We all fell in love with the varied experiences with culture, flavor, colors. The afternoon rainstorm did push us out before we spent as much time as we wanted in the Park, so I am excited to return and experience it again. This next time, though, we will get to experience Scentsy in Epcot too, which is enough of a reason for me to go back!

Where are Scentsy Body products made?

All our Body products are made at the home office manufacturing facility in Meridian, Idaho.

What makes Scentsy Body special?

Scentsy products deliver value in quality, price and product volume. All of our Body products combine Scentsy fragrance and skin-pampering ingredients like sunflower oil and aloe for superior quality and a truly stand-alone experience. As you can see from the base ingredients and fragrance oils to the packaging and other aspects of the product, quality is always our primary goal.

How long does the fragrance last?

The exact amount of time the fragrance will last depends on an individual’s body chemistry.  However, Scentsy Body products contain the highest concentration of top-quality fragrances available to provide a long-lasting fragrance experience.

How many fragrances are available in the Scentsy Body product line?

Scentsy Body products are available in up to 14 fragrances across all product types. For complete fragrance availability, see the fragrance grid inside the current catalog.

Does Scentsy Body contain any allergens or toxins?

Scentsy Body products are nontoxic and designed to be nonirritating. However, they are highly fragrant, so people with known fragrance sensitivities should test the products on a small patch of skin before use.

Are these products safe for children?

Scentsy Body products are safe for all members of the family and, with adult supervision, may be used as directed on children. All products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes; if product gets in your eyes, rinse with water. You should stop use and ask a doctor if you get a rash or irritation. Please keep scented products out of the reach of small children and pets.

Can I use Scentsy Body products on my face?

Only our Cream Shave Soap has been tested for use on the face and is designated to use as such. Our other Scentsy Body products have not been tested for use on the face. Skin on the face tends to be more sensitive than skin on the rest of the body, so we recommend testing the product on a small area of your face prior to using it on your whole face. If a Scentsy Body product comes into contact with your eyes, thoroughly flush your eyes with water.

Do Scentsy Body products have any anti-aging properties?

No. Scentsy Body products are not formulated to deliver anti-aging benefits. 

Are Scentsy Body products cruelty-free?

Scentsy has never tested its final or finished products on animals, nor are we aware of any ingredients in our products that are currently tested on animals or have been tested on animals for at least 10 years. We are actively working with our suppliers — and their suppliers, where applicable — to ensure the truth of these statements.

Are Scentsy Body products gluten-free?

Yes. Scentsy Body products are gluten-free.

Are Scentsy Body products vegan?

No. Not all Scentsy Body products are vegan.

How does Scentsy Hand Soap work?

When you rub the Hand Soap and warm, soapy water between your fingers and over your hands, dirt, germs and other contaminants are removed from your skin.  Sunflower seed and aloe help to condition the skin, and always a great Scentsy fragrance.

Is Hand Soap antibacterial and does it kill germs?

Scentsy Hand Soap does not have antibacterial properties, however, the very act of washing your hands is the most effective method of preventing the spread of germs and will help limit the transfer of bacteria. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), antibacterial soaps are no more effective than regular soap and water for killing disease-causing germs. Plus, regular liquid soap tends to be less expensive than antibacterial soap.  It also won’t kill healthy bacteria on the skin’s surface.

What is Fragrance Mist?

Fragrance Mist is a body mist that contains skin-nourishing ingredients, in some of your favorite Scentsy fragrances. You can spritz on a little or a lot to tailor it to your preference. I like to keep these in various places, so I can always have a fresh boost of fragrance. 

Does the Fragrance Mist contain alcohol?

Yes, the Fragrance Mist does contain alcohol. However, the addition of alcohol helps with the fragrance performance, as it allows the fragrance to evaporate resulting in a long-lasting fragrance experience. Secondly, the addition of alcohol helps your skin feel residue free.

Is the Fragrance Mist travel-friendly?

No.  The Fragrance Mist is 4.2 fl. oz/125 mL and does not meet the TSA guidelines for carry-on/hand luggage.

Is the Fragrance Mist paraben, gluten and sulfate free?

Yes.

Is Sugar Scrub a cleanser?

No. Sugar Scrub is meant to be used in combination with a cleanser, such as Scentsy Body Wash. We recommend you begin your routine by cleansing with Scentsy Body Wash, then exfoliating with Scentsy Sugar Scrub, toweling dry and applying Scentsy Body Cream as a final step to seal in moisture.

How should I store Sugar Scrub?

You can keep your Sugar Scrub in the shower or bath, however, make sure the cap is tight to avoid getting water in the container, which may cause the sugar to dissolve. Unopened Sugar Scrub should be stored in a cool, dry place and should not be exposed to high heat.

What is Scentsy Cream Shave Soap?

Cream Shave Soap is a daily cleansing, shave cream that protects skin against irritation and razor burn.

Can I use Cream Shave Soap as a cleanser?

Yes. Cream Shave Soap is gentle enough to be used as a daily facial cleanser.

Does Scentsy Cream Shave Soap contain glycerin?

Yes, Scentsy Cream Shave Soap contains glycerin.

Does Scentsy Cream Shave Soap contain tallow?

Scentsy Cream Shave Soap does not contain tallow or other animal by-products.

Will Cream Shave Soap prevent razor burn?

Though Scentsy Cream Shave Soap has not been formulated to prevent razor burn, it will however, provide a protective cushion between the skin and beard for a close, comfortable shave and gentle daily cleansing.

How many shaves can I get from a container of Cream Shave Soap?

The number depends on how much Scentsy Cream Shave Soap you use with each shave. Because our product lathers well, you can use less than ordinary brands and get more shaves out of Scentsy Cream Shave Soap.

Can women use Cream Shave Soap for their shaving needs?

Women can use the product for their shaving needs, but it is only available in traditional men’s fragrances.

Will Scentsy Cream Shave Soap dry out if I forget to close the cap?

Any personal care product can dry out when exposed to air, so we recommend closing the cap between uses.
